Philly Region Facility

I'm selling an industrial facility in Pottstown that was previously permitted for a medical cannabis facility. Is anyone in this group actively looking for a development opportunity for their business? Would be ideal for distribution, storage, flex space, etc.

DM me and I can share more details.
