Our pre-roll line has its own name and not one dispensary is using it.

A year ago we gave our pre-roll its own name and we've been trying to get people searching for us by that name. It's on our packaging, our reps keep using it. It was catching on too and people were coming in asking for it by name.

Last week I searched our pre-roll on the online menus of dispos that carry it and I got nothing. Every one of them has it listed under our company name with a generic product title.

I'm not sure where the disconnect is. We told them, the line name is on the sell sheet and the box. I'm guessing whoever is uploading the item is just going off company name and moving on to the next 40 products, which blows.

We spent a year building hype for this name and it's basically doa because we people can't find it on the menu if they use the name we pushed.
