has anyone here using flowhub noticed more bugs?

i made a post yesterday about this that mods removed without telling me why.
i made another post about flowhub about a year ago that got removed too with no reason why.

has anyone here using flowhub noticed more bugs, outages, weird updates, or support issues?

i went to a dispensary in colorado the other day and flowhub was completely down. they couldn’t print stickers or anything for half of the day. nothing is reported about it on their status page: https://status.flowhub.com/

then i read their glassdoor reviews and i'm worried about my clients who use flowhub. this one is particularly concerning: https://www.glassdoor.com/Reviews/Employee-Review-Flowhub-E1000410-RVW105632303.htm

are we not allowed to talk about this here? if not here, where do we post?
