NJ Cannabis Operators: Could you produce the complete record of one transport from 90 days ago in 10 minutes?

I'm researching how NJ cultivators and manufacturers document what happens around a Metrc transfer--package verification, custody, GPS, temperatures, receiver acceptance and historical records.

I'm curious how operators are handling this today. Is everything centralized, or does someone have to pull records from multiple systems when they're needed?
