Budtenders and dispo folks, what's the cleanest way you get brand assets?

I'm trying to stop being the reason our listings look bad on your side.

Right now when we get a new account I send through a zip with all the logos and product photos, descriptions are in a word doc and then I add the sell sheet pdf. This works great but once we have to update stuff everything becomes a mess.

I was working off the assumption that people would reach out to the brand if they needed better images but I keep seeing our stuff cropped or edited on listings.

I want to ask the folks who work with this every day what works the best for you? And what's the best version of this you have ever received that worked the best and was easiest to use.
