Where do I even start?

Sorry if this has been asked a lot here. Me and my brother have been doing research into starting our own greenhouse for a while now. Recently I learned unless I was doing a massive scale grow, that just growing and selling to other dispensarys on a small scale isn't very profitable, and I would very much love for this to be my main job. So now I think that in order to do this for a living I would have to sell it myself. My question is, if I were to start my own home grown dispensary and glassware shop, where the fuck would I even start like as a first step? Just do research and save money? Sorry I'm still young and don't know a lot but am very passionate about this.
