How to Find Flower Strains Good for Muscle Spasms

I don't smoke enough to keep up with the strains that are constantly and ridiculously evolving. My doctor has me stick with edibles but I still prefer flower for immediate muscle spasm and pain relief so I am looking for suggestions for specific flower brands/strains for severe muscle spasm. I am very familiar with Leafly but thousands of strains come up as available as flower that are supposedly helpful with muscle spasm, HOWEVER finding those actually at a dispensary in my city is nearly impossible and the filters on Leafly don't really help. The "budtenders" here are focused on "mood" ever since recreational use was legalized here years ago, so they are useless.

How do I find strains helpful with severe muscle spasm that are actually available to me?

*I know nobody can tell me for sure which strains will produce specific reactions for my specific body. I am simply looking for others who use flower for severe muscle spasms and trying to find out which strains help them so that I can try it OR get suggestions about which strains are *supposed to help with muscle spasms.
