Hey - I'm working on an alternative to the Weedmaps/Leafly auction model and want to hear from people actually running dispensaries before I go further. No sales pitch, no signup, just a 7-minute voice conversation where an AI asks you questions and you say what you actually think.

Specifically trying to understand what you're spending on marketing right now, whether the pay-to-play model is as painful as people say, and whether a flat monthly fee would actually matter to you or if ROI is all that counts. Honest "this won't work because..." responses are more useful than polite ones.
