Scrappy solution for seed to sale for small to midsize cultivators

I want to bring AI to grow intelligence for these cultivators. I'd supply voice transcribing microphones that upload their recordings onto the cloud at regular frequent intervals throughout the day. No need for journals anymore. I could stick a Logitech Scribe on the whiteboard and process the image into structured data. I could fold all this into the environment data captured by equipment by downloading CSV files. Synthesizing all this together, AI could deliver new insights and identify patterns over time by cross examining input output and operational data.

It's scrappy, but no one's going to be pulling out their phone's to log data or finding a pile of cash for enterprise systems and software.

Would this actually be helpful? Does anyone else think a journal and whiteboard is just not future proof.

Edit: Not seed to sale really, more just grow intelligence to fine tune variables and ensure repeatability over time.
