Rso suppositories

Hello everyone

My wife currently has cancer and we have been recommended rso to help with her symptoms. I have been put in touch with someone who provides it in pre filled 1ml syringes. From what I have been told the best way for her to use it is as a rectal suppository. Would she experience any high from this? How much should she use? The whole 1ml or more? I'd appreciate any advice. Thank you.
