Done with Dutchie

I operate 8 dispensaries in the Southwest and we currently use Dutchie as our POS across all locations.

Yesterday on 4/20, Dutchie went down at all of our stores for about 6 hours. We tried reaching support multiple times and couldn’t get ahold of anyone.

This is now the second 4/20 where this has happened, and at this point we’re done. Features don’t matter to us anymore, reliability is everything.

For those of you running multi-location dispensaries, what POS are you using in 2026 that is actually stable and doesn’t go down on the busiest day of the year?
