Schooling and certification programs, worth it or waste of $?

So I currently work in the industry as a Budtender. I also grow myself at home(legally) and have for a few years. I truly do have a passion for cannabis and want to be able to make living within the industry. Does anyone have experience with this or have completed these programs?
