Which cannabis strain gives conversational, clear social/party daytime vibe?

Hey everyone,

I start to get prescription cannabis in Germany for a year and I need some help finding the right strain. Honestly, almost most of the thing I’ve experienced so far has been exactly what I don't want : heavy couch-lock, insane munchies, and a sleepy crash 2-3 hours later. I want to change that.

What I want: Pure energy, happiness, and a highly sociable, low anxiety and conversational high. Basically looking for a clear social/party daytime vibe.

What I dont like: To feel calm, relaxed, or glued to the sofa. My two biggest dealbreakers are the munchies (trying to avoid binge eating entirely) and that heavy crash that makes you want to go home and take a nap. I just want a clean, euphoric high that eventually fades out without making me want to go home and take a nap..

Does anyone have any specific strain recommendations that fit this exact profile? Thanks
