MED Card

I've been looking to get a Med card for myself; I did a l lot of research and decided to go with THC MD. I do want to know more about the process though..Some ppl say it ranges from a questionnaire to a phone call, but i mostly want to know about current personal experiences with them and what kind of questions do they ask...Could use any tips or advice
