Commission-Only Account Executive — Cannabis Humidity Packs (High Upside)

I’m helping my friend Jacob at EternaPacks.com find an Account Executive to help expand his cannabis packaging business.

This is a commission-only role to start, with negotiable rates based on performance. If you sell more, you earn more. Simple.

What You’ll Be Doing

Prospecting and closing cannabis brands and operators

Selling packaging solutions (jars, bags, compliant packaging, etc.)

Managing your own pipeline

Bringing in new accounts and growing repeat business

This is not an inbound support role. You need to be comfortable hunting.

Compensation

Commission only (to start)

Rates negotiable based on performance

Higher producers get paid more

If you can move volume, this can pay well. If you can’t, it won’t.

Ideal Background

Cannabis industry sales experience preferred

Packaging experience is a plus

Existing relationships with brands/MSOs/operators is a major plus

Self-directed and disciplined
