METRC specialist needed

Hi guys, I am working in California as a grower but I got pretty juicy offer to take a lead and become Compliance Manager as well. I am in search for METRC specialist if possible to find and pay to walk me true steps and help me to put our METRC in proper order? For the records there are no red flags or anything I am just little bit worried since my name is going to be there for responsibility. Thanks in advance for any kind of information.
