Helping a friend.

so my friend lives in SD (south Dakota) and she asked me to buy her a weed pen. i dont smoke a lot. im more of an edibles to help with chronic pain kinda guy, so i dont actually know how to help. i know its illegal to buy it there but from im reading its not illegal to possess it? i might be wrong. anyways, im too poor to drive to her to give her some and niether if us wanna risk flying with it. thats just stupid. so i was wondering if anyone has any ideas? i read online that if you order it on a website they dont ship out of the state you buy it in, but someone on reddit said they tried that and it worked. but the post was lile 4-5 years ago and the post is closed so i cant ask them how they did it (im kinda new to reddit btw) sorry i keep rambling but any ideas? she offered to pay for expenses to get it there but idk how imma do it without getting arrested. im in a legal state so i can just get it whenever. (she cant drive and i dont have a license but can technically drive)
