I need help

Does anybody know a dealer... (who's actually trust worthy) who i can get i hold of tn? That's in the London Ont area, like Victoria park area bc I need a pre-rolled or a cart or smth. Also I dont have a lot of money.. 😥 I have like.. thirty bucks, does anyone know???? Im 61-(flip the numbers)
