Yetistash disposable not hitting?

Hey all. I have a Yetistash rosin pen I go from IE a month ago (it’s Tres Leches if at all relevant), and straight out of the package it doesn’t work. Zero vapor production, it lights up as if it’s hitting but nothing. I’ve charged it fully to test, but also compared it to ZMarker out of the pack that has no issues so I’m a bit lost.

Do I call IE about this? Email Yetistash? Or am I just shit out of luck? I’m an out of state customer so I can’t just easily swing by anytime soon or I would do that.
