Anyone else dead ended in SoCal from Chaldean owned dispensaries?

I’ve been following my passion in marijuana for years. Budtending and being involved with shops for nearly ten years and I love the idea. However I’m fatigued from every shop being owned by the same or similar people running the same dehumanizing tactics. Does it get any better than this or is every single one of them Chaldean owned?

Very tired of trying to go to new places just to find out the owners fucking hate us, the cannabis culture and treating us fair. When it was summer and our AC broke our owner got us an AC unite to jam into the doorway (our store is the size of a bedroom) and with the door constantly slamming on it behind customers our owner said we should feel lucky that he provided this and he will be taking it away as we are spoiled an ungrateful. I mentioned a fun sticker chart for the team and the owner that doesn’t speak English flipped out, made me leave the building so that he could calm down and think about firing the entire staff to start over again.

Owner bought us a stupid expensive tiktok shop vacuum and it only holds about a cup of dirt. It broke the first week and he flipped out on us when I said he should’ve just got a basic reliable one. He took the vacuum, bought a new one he won’t give us and gave us a tiny lil broom.

What kills me is these owners couldnt do this job themselves because they are incredibly rude to customers and a complete vibe kill but they treat the people that do that for them like complete trash. Constantly being call retarded is exhausting and it’s always the same people doing the same shit.

This isn’t new shit either. Every other shop here is like this and I’m wondering is this passion just dead here?
