Advice needed for white labeling and distribution in legal states

Hey Buds, I'm a co-owner of a hemp company in the south that makes taffy and caramels. With the upcoming hemp ban in November, we're looking for contacts in legal states that can help manufacture and distribute our products. We've always wanted to work in the legal market, but the state doesn't have a legal or medical program. We'd like to continue our brand and work in the industry. Any advice, wisdom, or connections would be greatly appreciated.
