Building a compliance copilot: centralized regs + private SOP vault + SOP & Inventory audits

Hey all — I’m building a tool for legal cannabis operators who are tired of playing “where the hell is that SOP / rule again?”

The idea is simple:

Centralized database of official cannabis regulations (state-level to start)

• a private, siloed Vault where your team can upload SOPs/policies/labels/other docs
• an Assistant that can answer questions using only the regs or your Vault (with citations)

What I’m exploring beyond just Q&A:

• SOP audits vs regulations (flag gaps + risky areas)
• Monitoring for regulation changes (so SOPs don’t drift quietly)
• Custom packets (build a packet from cited regs + your docs for inspections, renewals, etc.)
• Inventory audits: METRC ↔ ERP reconciliation (find tag/qty/status mismatches fast)
• Mini-training: turn approved SOP/reg answers into quick “micro-lessons” for onboarding

I’m looking for a handful of operators (any state) who would actually use this and tell me what’s missing / what’s dumb / what’s essential.
