Making thc vaping oil

Hi, I’m planning to make some thc vaping oil so I don’t have to climb out a window that makes loud screeching noises every time I open it to smoke weed, so I wanted to make some thc vape oil, How much weed would I need ? And can I make it with Vegetable glycerin and propylene glycol? Is this method safe? Thanks to whoever comments about some info 💯
