Starting a dropshipping weed shop

Im wanting to start dropshipping, more specifically im wanting to start dropshipping THCA. Is there anyone that currently does this?

What all do I need? (licenses, contracts, etc.)

How do I find a supplier that's willing to white label?

And anything in between that i can't think of rn.
