How long do these take to go bad?

I got this from my dispensary about 3 months ago, and put it in the fridge. The job I had at the time conducted tests all the time, so I didn’t touch it until I cleared my drug test a few days ago, but I left the bottle out of the fridge for at least 3 days. Has anyone ever felt sick after these have been out too long?
