Degree to work in cannabis industry?

I’m 18 about to graduate and I really wanna get into the industry, either growing or extracting but I’m not sure, the degree requirements for either of those jobs, and if it’s even worth it. It might just be a fantasy but if there’s a chance I wanna try my harder to make it work
