I use the 4to 1ratio of beta cyclodextrin. I bought the stuff on Amazon. I emptied the cart onto a plate. I took my ID and rolled around and pressed the beta cyclodextrin into the cart until it became a powder consistency. I took half a teaspoon and put it in a drink of water and I was high for 16 hours.
