Dispensary POS Options and Preferences for AZ. Please help!

I know I'm beating a dead horse here and I was hesitant to post but I'm legitimately seeking guidance for those familiar with recent developments and product updates.

I've been in the AZ legal market since 2015. I've used MJ Freeway (before the crash and cloud evolution), Biotrack THC (full vertical function), Leaf Logix (primarily manufacturing and cultivation but some retail), a few random proprietary systems that aren't worth mentioning and most recently Dutchie for retail. I used to say I could bitch all day about Dutchie but its still the best around but after my last 6 months and broken promises, I'm no longer certain that's true.

I was all set to convert to Flow Hub before my last renewal but Dutchie doesn't do month to month and I would have been hard pressed to migrate in a short time frame. Dutchie promised the world, assigned us a rep and assured us our feedback wasn't unique and they were working on it and would prove it to us and they assured us after 6 months we wouldn't be evaluating non-renewal, yet as you can see, here I am.

The biggest issue is support is essentially non-existent. There is basically zero real time support, time frames for response take between 10 minutes and literal months. Sometimes I have to submit requests 4 or 5 times before getting any kind of response. Recently, I've had issue with deposits/ z reports that I would generally attribute to user error but dont make sense and seems like it could actually be system errors. We've also been seeing some strange discounting logic and or discounting reflected on the receipts incorrectly.

Historically, my argument was that despites its flaws we could generally trust the system/data as a whole, but I'm becoming less sure of that and that alone has me ready to make the switch.

I'm primarily looking at Flow Hub and Treez and had previously considered Blaze, but I'm open to other options, feedback, reasons to avoid any of these, etc. Help! I'm angry at Dutchie but dont want to shoot myself in the foot.

Additional info: We are a single store currently use Dutchie Ecomm Pro and Dutchie pay. I was about to add an integrated payment solution but may skip that if we will be migrating within the next 6 months depending on contract length.
