Anyone here actually built a brand using white label in a legal state

I’m doing research for my brand Gold Reserve, and I’m trying to learn how ppl actually start on the white-label path.

I’m not talking about the hyped-up Instagram gurus. I mean real folks who’ve done deals with cultivators, processors, or co-packers in legal states.

If you’ve gone through the process ,what was the hardest part? Finding the right partner? Minimum order sizes? Licensing headaches?

Any advice is appreciated. Just trying to learn from ppl who’ve really been in it.
