Why is THCA legality still so unclear from state to state

I’ve been deep in this space for a while now and I still can’t believe how different every state treats THCA and THCP.

Some states consider it hemp until heated. Some say it’s illegal once it converts to Delta 9. Others have no clear stance at all.

I’ve been working on a community project to make sense of all this and map out where it’s actually legal to buy or possess. It’s been eye opening seeing how fast laws are changing.

I wanted to ask this community — what have you noticed where you live Has your state made any updates recently or are they still vague about it
