Passing a Drug test for employment.

I am an everyday smoker. I am applying for warehouse jobs. Any tips or tricks to guarantee passing a urine screen? Not planning on running any equipment while under the influence. Smoke mostly at night. I have a medical card but would still be disqualified if I test hot. Thanks for any suggestions.
