Owed 10k in wages from a weed company what are my options.

Basically says it all in the title, the company I work for owes me a lot of money and they have like no real plans to get it to me or anyone else they owe. Most of us are 1099. Pretty sure the farm and warehouse are in other peoples names, what could we potentially do to make sure we dont get burned?
