Scammed in Sacramento

Not sure if I can blast the site for everyone’s safety, but I’m the dumbass who fell for it.

Seemed a little shady but it was late at night nothing was open and I’m messaging back and forth with this guy after finally paying he hits me with “do you have a medical card” even tho it’s not listed on their site as required. Low and behold after I’ve already paid he says they can issue a refund but it’s been a week and no money sent back or responses. After blowing up his phone all morning he finally blocked me and now I’m out $69.
