We've raised $650k to date, but no strategic partners. We have a vertically integrated license, up to 15k SF of flowering canopy, manufacturing, and three retail. We're on contract with a warehouse in zoning that allows all three uses at the same site. I'm a former CA Prop 215 Cultivation Manager in Morongo Valley turned med device engineer, now back to cannabis.

We're seeking strategic partnerships with operators that want to profit from the early mover advantage in a new state. Minnesota has only had recreational licenses for 4 months. We'd be one of the first to market. In the few dispensaries open, retail pricing is currently at $6,000/lb.
