Need advice and tips for managing a dispensary.

I used to work as a district and general manager for several smoke shops, and I’ve also spent time as a budtender in dispensaries. Now I’ve got an opportunity to step in as a GM at a dispensary, and I’m seriously considering it. For anyone currently in that role, any tips, advice, or insight on what the day-to-day really looks like? I have a general idea, but I’d like to hear from someone with firsthand experience.
