Insurance for delivery drivers in CA?

Seems like all the carriers in CA at least are bowing out of this for some reason. I’ve had a policy with Progressive for 13 years. I run a single retail shop with now just one delivery driver. Progressive is not renewing it and my insurance broker came back with a request to “fully remove all of my products with Delta 9 in them” in order to qualify for a canngen policy 🤣🤣🫠

Surely others are experiencing this? What company is insuring your drivers?
