How to meet with successful folks. need some guide line

ust got into this industry, while the market is going down. still wanna be succss in this current time. Quick question? do have a lot acces to the farm but i dont know where to meet buld buyer ?? especially, how to where to meet with these ppl?? All of them seems to have own band and own facility. omgsh im really dont know where to start........
