Have any of the companies selling “thc-a” products gotten busted?

I realize it’s a legal loophole. I think some states have tried to ban it but it’s a federal rule, so I’m not sure they actually can. Does anyone know of anyone getting busted or even just cease and desisted or shut down for selling thc-a products through the mail? I’ve been getting ads for semi-legit companies (at least they are legal in California, like sluggers for example) trying to sell direct to consumer online. Is this safe?
