Hitting sales walls

I’ve been in the industry now for over 4 years and I’ve been successful representing companies but of course there has been highs and lows. My problem is that I’m struggling to find the connection with middle eastern and Indian shops and are curious how other folks manage these relationships.

My struggles are partially that’s its constantly been a battle over pricing. Theyre selling cheap shit and making high margins and then when I’ve finally been able to match price with a better quality product they just show me some meh looking bud in a jar and tell me that it’s fire or a Flying Monkey 12g THCA (Actually Delta 8) dispo for $2 that their customers swear is the best. I just can’t crack through that quality and being honest about the product matters at all.

There are numerous things I can bitch about but honestly you go into a shop and 90% of the products have COA’s that are incorrect or the actual package is a flat out lie. Most of these shop owners don’t even smoke or partake in cannabis at all.

Any tips or advice on how to be more effective would be greatly appreciated.
