POS and ECOMM in 2025-2026

Hi y'all hope everyone is well! I am working with a newly opened dispensary in New York state to get them a website up and running and am looking into Ecomm platforms to start. They have their current pos with AllLeaves but it sounds like we should be looking into a new provider there with the state's recent transfer to METRC for traceability. I have been looking into Cova, Meadow, Carrot, Blaze, Alpine IQ, Rank Really High, and I have another meeting with VFI later this week.

At the moment I am leaning to recommend Cova for POS and either Alpine IQ or Carrot for Ecomm. An app is nice but a functional mobile browser is fine, this is a new business with a tight budget and would just be doing pickup orders online for the time being. I understand there is a bundle discount with Cova+Carrot and the basic economy Ecomm plan with Alpine IQ is also nice. Wondering if anyone on the dispensary side has any updated recommendations or warnings?
