How Are You Diversifying in a Saturated Market?

I’ve been in the cannabis space for a few years now and it feels like the market is getting tighter by the day. Flower prices are dropping, new “exotics” pop up every week, and it’s harder to stand out when everyone is chasing the same candy/gas strains.

For those of you running grows, brands, or retail, how are you adapting? Are you diversifying into concentrates, edibles, pre-rolls, or even hemp-derived products to keep revenue flowing? Or is the focus more on dialing in branding and customer experience with flower? Would love to hear what others are doing to stay competitive without racing to the bottom on price.
