Where to start?

so im in tennessee, i have a friend who successfully made their weed business work, most of his sales are online and shipping, he sells bud, prerolls and gummies and etc. but i need help understanding the legal or illegal parts of shipping such things, and just pretty much every other legal aspect of running a full time online dispensary
