Inventory management/tracking that works with Wix?

I work for a native cannabis store here in Canada and I am trying to help the owner establish a decent inventory tracker. Right now we don't really have a proper system and the owner will just order products when we are out/running low.

One of our biggest problems is that we run our own website and our stock is shared in store and online. Since we do not track our in store sales, the inventory on the website is always wrong/needs to constantly be updated. Often times, a customer has ordered a product online that we have already sold and did not update on the website.

I am looking for something that can automatically update our inventory on Wix when we make an in store sale. Does anyone have any recommendations?
