Next steps for edibles business?

I want to get into the cannabis/edibles field but I have no idea where to start. I’ve made them at home but I’d like to take my science background and mix it with my baking background.

If anyone has recommendations for graduate programs, internships, or career paths that would be GREATLY appreciated!!
