Help me friends

I have smoked weed flower for years and I haven’t hit a pen in years because last time I did so, it was too much for me and made me paranoid. Also was slightly allergic to some ingredient in that pen probably the flavoring. But in any case, looking for a weed vape pen that is ideally 28%- 31% THC and about 3-4% terpenes. A tad of CBD in there. I know it’s very specific, but hopefully someone knows something similar to that because I can’t do these 80% ones, that’s too much for me.
