New to cannabis production.. any first day advice?

Hi all- I just got hired as a production technician at a co-packing facility. I have no experience in this industry at all (i don’t even know exactly what prerolls are but I’m gonna do my research on cannabis products this weekend) and I’m just a nervous wreck.

I have a few questions for people who’ve worked this role before:

• What are some things I should expect on my first day? • What’s the hardest part of the job for beginners? • Are there common mistakes new hires make that I should watch out for? • Anything you wish you knew before you started?
