Knock box help

Hey folks, Any recommendations on what I’m missing here, I can’t seem to get decently tight cones on my knock box. Even sifting down to 14mesh they’re still loose a little bendy at the filter. Any recommendations? Anyone else have the same issues and found the trick? Would love to hear that there’s a way without tamping.
