Where can I go to raise capital for a license purchase?

Hello all,

I am looking to purchase an existing cultivation/dispensary license. The cost is $1m to activate the license with the state. I am currently working on financing the purchase of the store and cultivation itself. Looking for funding options that would address those costs specifically.
