Passing drug test urine

Has anybody any advice I have been a heavy user of cannabis for around 10 years. I recently went through a bad time in 2024 of mental health with just being seriously fed up! Life trauma and all sorts! Shit jobs shit relationships with family and friends I worked in a trade. In a family business until I got sackd, 26 in and out do shit jobs in now turning 30 and been offered a engineering apprenticeship and drug test in 8 days I have been off it 7 days and back on it 4 and now stopped 8 days before the test! How can I pass this urine test! I really need this break but always get nervous and turn back to weed but I gotta pass this. No hate please
