Explained mostly in the title. We're a small family office in Atlanta GA with ~$30M dry powder for Cannabis cos in the USA.

The owners are looking for $1M revenue minimum, sorry if you're smaller. (we're working on a fund for this). Strong assets are obviously a plus for them too.

They're not slow or overly cautious. 2-3wk timeframes to close.
